KSM Risk and Insurance Management
KSM is a niche short-term insurance brokerage specialised in serving the insurance needs of residential sectional title developments and Home Owners’ Associations.
We’ve been doing this since 2001 and currently serve more than 60 developments, in cooperation with 13 different property managers.

Collectively, our people have more than 40 person-years of experience in the insurance industry. Besides the legally-required insurance industry qualifications, we also leverage skills and experience in engineering and operations management, plus an in-depth understanding of the Sectional Title Act, to provide high-quality service.
